Our Promise To You

The Promise Scholarship is a very generous award that can be used to cover anything a college bills a student including room and board, fees, tuition, etc, and it can be used at any accredited Connecticut college or university.
Picture
A Last-Dollar Scholarship

The Waterbury Promise Award is a last-dollar scholarship, meaning our award covers the gap that remains after all individual grants, financial aid, and other scholarships have been applied to the scholar’s account. This gap can often stop Waterbury students from attending college. We are removing that hurdle.
