Waterbury Promise is a non-profit scholarship organization dedicated to building a generation of college graduates in Waterbury through a comprehensive College Access and Success Model aimed at increasing the college-going culture within Waterbury High Schools and supporting 100’s of Promise Scholars as they move through college and into the workforce.
